Thanks for all the submitions everyone! It's always so exciting to see what people can make of the theme

We have some news regarding how we submit entries for the themes.
With the slight increasing amount of entries we get for every theme, the more time it takes to post them in our gallery.

So from now on we will not post the entries in our gallery, but link the entries from your galleries to our journals.
Thus making it easier for people to comment and fav the original.

The entries will be posted in a seperate journal and in this head journal everytime we change theme.

You can use any media. Digital art, traditional art, abstract art, poems, photos, novells… Whatever you like.
Original art or fanart doesn't matter.
Please “Mature content”-lock anything that is 18+.

If you have a theme suggestion send us a note.
Please watch the club to get updates.
Just because you enter once doesn’t mean you have to enter every time. There is no pressure what so ever.

And note (!) that the theme is not a slave-contract that you have to picture/follow exactly! It's mainly to give inspiration ~ "What can you come up with if I say 'tree of hate'?"




When you have a picture, upload it to your gallery and note us with a link.
Then we will post it to our gallery for everyone to watch.



Theme of the Week is a little project that we came up with a few weeks ago just before we finished school and went on summer holidays.
Our “fear” of loosing our inspiration to draw during the summer made us come up with this idea. And it made, at least me, think “Maybe there are more people like this? That feel that their inspiration fades away sometimes?”.

So Theme of the Week was born. We want to give inspiration to people by choosing a theme every week that people can make art out of.
Maybe it can help people to get out of artblocks? Or just help people who don’t know what to draw.
We here on TotW try to choose themes that are not too simple, like 'love', 'flowers' or stuff like that. We want to challenge people by narrowing the theme a little and hopefully make people think a little bit more about their art… (We sometimes try to come up with a theme based on both concrete and abstract elements for even more challange! )
